  1. I had no idea mr. speedy was their mascot at one point. I thought it had always been Ronald McDonald so i'm glad you included that. the early commercial was scary! & i'm not surprised that McDonald's was the first to sell their billionth hamburger. Sounds like they supply a lot of jobs for everyone all over the world! I thought your slides were clear along with your thesis. Good job

  2. That is crazy that McDonalds was the first fast food industry to sell the billionth hamburger! Also I thought it was insane that they hire 1 million people every year. I guess I should be too shock they are the largest fast food industry.
Great presentation. I really enjoyed the goofy video. I think one thing that would have made it better, is that if you were a little more prepare about what you were saying. Nice Job!

  3. The history of McDonalds was particularly interesting to me. particularly when you brought up Chef Speedee who seems like a ridiculous mascot when compared to Ronald McDonald. The video was very strange because you saw how much McDonald has changed over the years. All in all it was a very good presentation and I found it quite easy to hear you throughout it.

  4. I had seen Speede at one point, but I no idea what it was. Very interesting to see how they changed up the mascots! Never knew that they used the clown to get kids into McDonalds. You guys had some great facts in your presentation, I could see a that you guys where unorganized though.

  5. Seeing Chef Speedee was kinda scary. He did not look like someone I would want to get food from. It really suprises me that after all the negative publicity McDonalds gets, they are still the powerhouse of fast food chains. Also, people know that the food is not good for you, but they still go. What an impact that company has on out society. you guy did a great job presenting and you presented clearly and made a lot of intresting points. Great Job guys!

  6. I don't know how McDonalds attracted people with that pedaphile looking clown, but it worked and it was the first to sell a billion hamburgers. Good statistics, and presentation on a historic fast food place.

  8. The video in this presentation helped show how much the company has changed and explained how the company has become the largest fast food chain in America. The information in this presentation was interesting. I was also impressed with the level of memorized information by each speaker.

  10. I did not know Chef Speedee was the first logo or mascot for McDonald's or that Ronald use to look even scarier than he does now. Overall I thought your presentation was informative but could have been better organized.

  11. I believe there are still a few McDonald's that look like the original ones. I thought you guys did a great job with the organization of information and three examples, but at tmes it looked as if you were unprepared. The facts and points you made were excellent. Next time bring us all fries for your presentation! Ha
