  1. Before your presentation, i had no idea who this was! your presentation did a great job of explaining him to me! i can't imagine being able to not only create houses but hotels, schools and so much more. your three topics were very clear and so was your thesis. the pictures in your slides were beneficial in showing off his work! great job!

  2. I really found his innovations quite fascinating. I knew only a little bit about Frank Lloyd Wright but everything you mentioned about how he changed the way people thought about buildings was quite inspiring. The images you used were also extremely good because they caught the magnificence of his buildings in such a way that couldn't be stated with simple words.

  3. I learned a lot with this presentation. While, you did not say who he was in the beginning i came to like him. I never knew that this man had so much influence on the way we build houses! How people had to use his furniture in his house showed how strongly he believed in his work. Also this was the first person to put Air conditioning in houses? Are you kidding me?! That was fascinating to me! You guys were very organized with your main points. I knew what topic you were talking about the whole time. Great use of images!

  4. I was slightly familiar with Frank Lloyd Wright, but your presentation did a great job with explaining three theme of why he was influential. I thought it was interesting to hear that if you bought a home from him, he'd make you use all of his own furniture or you'd have to move!
I really liked the presentation, you both knew what you were talking about and your speaking was very clear and smooth. Great use of pictures! Nice job!

  5. This presentation was very intriguing to me because this was the only presentation that I had no idea who Frank Lloyd Wright was or even heard of his name. I learned a lot and I was surprised that he was the first person to put AC in houses. Thank you Wright for keeping me cool. I also found in funny that if you bought one of his houses, you either had to use his furniture or move. That seems pretty gutsy for a salesman to do because most people want things their way instead of someone else's. You both presented very clearly and you explained your main points really well. Great Job!

  6. The evolution of buildings has came along way, and I can see where it started. Very good presentation, and I thought it was funny how he'd kick people out of his homes, if they didn't use his furniture.

  7. Never heard of this guy until now. Now I know who helped me get through my summer with air conditioning. The presentation was well pointed.

  8. I thought your presentation was very interesting. I like the point made that function should follow form when it comes to architecture. Who wants a cookie cutter house anyways? I can tell you guys put a lot of thought into picking pictures to explain your points. Great job!

  9. Frank Lloyd Wright had always impressed me but I learned new information which took my level of respect for the man to a new level. His houses were truly meant to stay exactly how he built them, even down to the furniture. This presentation was not only fluid but also asked the class to think about how buildings make individuals feel and how style affects them. This was a good approach many other groups did not take.

  10. Great presentation I loved how cool and almost modern looking Frank's Houses and buildings. The part about how if who ever moved into one of his houses head to use his furniture or move was very funny. And great job showing pictures of all of his buildings your presentation was very interesting

  11. You did a good job presenting the facts. I already knew a lot about him since I have studied him in art history classes, but I did not how strict he was on keeping the houses the way he wanted them even down to the silverware.
