I believe this is a good article because it is unbiased and very objective. The article deals with planning by the Iraqi Prime Minister and the U.S. President to slowly pull all of the U.S. troops out of Iraq by Christmas. After the troops are back home the Iraqi miltary will seize control of all military operations.
